The Movement

I have come to question the society I live in. No one seems to have the answer. No execpt people that have live through a struggle and lived to tell about it. And those that are going through and helping to change it. I have to question how the politics of the nation have not changed. How racism stiil exists and how the capitalistic society I live in help to perpetuate it. Be it through jobs, healthcare, of a bus riders fare. This is injustice. I fell that I can do something about by thaking my fight to the streets and geting other people involved. I dare not end thid without giving some respect and credit to my Best Friend Monserreat Iniguez. Because without my eyes would not have been opend and we could not fight this fight together. This id my MEXICAN sister, and I am her LATINA SISTER. If the society wants to put us in seperate categories they cannot becuse we know better. So thank you for opening my eyes and lets so the world that we can create a movement and work together to see that it change the world and society for the better.

The Changes in Life

As look back on my life I have realized that I have changed and for the better.
When 9/11 first happened I did not know what to do but I knew that going into to someone country and putting the blame on them for the falied polices of the government was worng and still is. I want to honor the victims and thier familes and I could not imagine losing someon in what happened. I was worried about my family that lives in NYC on that day and I was glad that they were safe. But this caused me to think and reevaluate my stance on being an American. I love this conutry an all that means but if do not support a war based on false and/or falied polices than I am un-American. If I feel that if a country wants our help than we should give it to them if they do not want and want it and and want to change from within then let them. And that things in your own country are not together and right then that has to be fixed before helped can be given to another country. If the country you live in is going to be example to the rest of the world then you need to make all is right and that everyone wants to the country to be an example.

Special Things in Life

There are things in life can become special. For some people its comic books others its music, For others it can be the feeling that the world needs to be changed and they are going to do something about. But for me its books, Books are the best thing you can give a person. They sba bestow upon you the gift of knowledge or you can engulf yourself in a world that seems so real and that you wish really exists. This one thing that makes life special. Everyone should find that one thing that makes life special and hold on to it. Never let it go, because when we have those things it does not matter how bad or uncomfortable life gets we have the special things in life to get us through,

Thinking

I am justing here thinking about a lot of things. About how when you are 18 you have as much responsiblity as someone who is 30. The government feels that you can have a credit card but then complains when the spending and credit scores of 18-24 years is complete and crap. No one wants thats much responsiblity and not everyone knows how to deal with it. Why do we have to grow up?
